U chair is a combination of authentic Indonesian materials : rattan, bamboo and teak wood. The "U" shape is a conclusion of similarity of the characteristic in every materials, they are bendable. The legs are made of laminated bamboo bent thus are flexible yet strong to sustain the weight, teak wood as the backrest and armrest to strengthen the bamboo legs, and rattan for the seat. The "U" shape generate minimum component of the chair thus it's light and easily to assemble.
